Tracy found yoga, or should we say, yoga found her, in the winter of 2019. She fell in love at first anuvittasana (standing back bend). 6 months later she was enrolled in her first 200 teacher training and started teaching immediately after completion. one year later, she completed her 300 hour teacher training at Veda Yoga Center.
She has assisted in several teacher trainings with Kumi Yogini and Veda Yoga center, including 2 of which took place in the mother land, India. Currently she teaches in person classes and is leading teacher trainings.
Teaching yoga is her soul’s purpose. She is passionate about the practice and believes it's much more than what you do on your mat.
It’s everything else in between. Yoga is a lifestyle.
